Rahami Agriculture Investment Ltd is a Private Limited Company Registered under the Tanzanian company Act of 2002 to carry out business of agriculture related activities, solicit investment into agriculture, farming, and trading with both home trade as well as international trade on various agricultural products as well as its by products.
The company started its operations back in 2016 it was officially registered under the companies Act of Tanzania. The company Head Quarter is located in Tegeta area, Kinondoni District in Dar es Salaam Region which is about 45 minutes drive from heart of Dar es Salaam city which is one of fastest growing city in Africa with estimated 6 mil habitants, constitute 16% of country GDP.

Overall Objective
To facilitate, mobilizing resources, and soliciting adequate capital, equipment, machinery, storage facilities for an effective and efficient functioning of agricultural supply value chain through collaboration and partnership with key stakeholders within the sector both inside and outside Tanzania, with public as well as private companies. With special focus to building capacity of smallholder farmers as an out growers in the country for sustainable food and nutritional security.
Specific Objective
1. To solicit value addition through grading, standardizing, packaging, labelling, branding and other form of processing of agricultural produce for a purpose of increases production and investment in agriculture and rise of income per capita of rural community.
2. To attract investors to invest into agriculture supply value chain with some form of guaranteed of a significant revenue and adequate Return of Investment (ROI) to various actors within the agricultural supply value chain.
3. To establish a guaranteed access to reliable market to smallholder farmers to selected wide range of agricultural produced from cereals, horticultural products, and other related products and by-products.
4. To promote and encourage massive investment and massive production, massive distribution targeting both locally and international markets in order to enjoys the economic benefits due to low-risk investment in nature that keep pace with inflation and increases in value over long –term.
Our Active Projects
1. Ongoing Project on Horticultural Products and by-products – Coconut
Rahami Agriculture Investment Ltd is working closely with coconut farmers through Mafia Island located 20 miles of Dar es Salaam port which is situated in the India ocean, a coastal Island of Tanzania. It is famous for its coconut palm tree farms that are distributed in number of villages include Bweni, Kiegani, Dongo, Kilindoni, Jaja. The company buys coconut fruits alongside with its by-products for semi-processing purpose to obtain items such as coconut charcoal, coco peat and the likes that the company sale them at local market as well as for export markets within and outside African continent.
2. Soya Beans farming under Soya Beans Project 2021-2025
Rahami Agriculture Investment Ltd among the one of shortlisted Soya Beans Export Company by The Government of United Republic of Tanzania (URT) through Ministry of Agriculture, Livestock Development and Collaboration of Tanzania Embassy in
Beijing China. Initially, the company have access to 1,000 acres of fertile land suitable for soya beans production with plans to expand up to 5,000 acres by the end of 2021/2022 for long term sustainability. However there are flooding requests already from other countries include India, Turkey and the likes with interest to work with our company.

1. Agricultural Product Processing, Grading, Standardizing, Packaging, Labelling and Branding.
Rahami Agriculture Investment Ltd is dedicated to facilitate determination of agricultural product quality, quantity and other features to suits client needs and expectations on grading, packaging, labelling and branding in order to reduce headache for inspection, testing, and evaluation of various range of specifications. The Company is working closely with reputable organizations mandate to deliver such services such as Tanzania Bureau of Standard (TBS), SGS and the likes.
2. Capacity Building Trainings
Rahami Agriculture Investment Ltd is soliciting formal and informal capacity trainings to smallholder farmers as well as facilitate extension services in collaborations with Local Government Authority (LGAs) as well as Non State Actors such as CBOs and NGOs who specialized on offering such services with the respective project sites.
3. Agricultural Products and its By-Products Marketing and Promotions
Rahami Agriculture Investment Ltd, under this function as intermediary organization deals with wide ranges of clients on behalf of its partners and collaborators; respond to specialized services needed by its wide range of client base. The company uses complex marketing systems and procedures to communicate with its clientele through channel of marketing systems to comply with international standard.
